- $95 per inspection (inspection fees not included)
- Set appointments and confirm inspections
- Contractor correspondence and confirm repairs as needed
- Ensure inspection violations are cleared
Tenant Occupancy Services
- $495 each property
- Advertising
- Tenant interviews, credit and criminal checks
- Completion of all paperwork
- Placement of tenant
- Inspection Renewals (includes Municipal and Section 8)
Remodeling/Contracting Services (paint, plumbing, electrician, flooring, yard, etc.)
- $95 (contractor fees not included)
- Obtain at minimum, two bids for approval
- Inspections conducted throughout project to completion
